Replacement/Cancellation Policy


You may cancel your order before the order is shipped, and a complete refund will be processed. No cancellation is possible after the shipment of the ordered product.


You can replace products bought online from the website before the product is installed at your place, falling under mentioned criteria. Replacement requests must be made within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
