Replacement/Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order before the order is shipped, and a complete refund will be processed. No cancellation is possible after the shipment of the ordered product.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

You can replace products bought online from the Eloficairpurifier.com website before the product is installed at your place, falling under mentioned criteria. Replacement requests must be made within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for replacement of products:

• A product is received in defective or damaged condition.
• Wrong item sent

Procedure to raise replacement request:

You can raise a replacement request by writing to us at eloficare@elofic.com.

-invoice no,

– and a short note on defect/damage in the product along with its images.

We provide free replacement within 10-15 days in the event of defective/damaged condition or different from the ordered item.

Please keep the product intact, with original accessories, user manual and warranty cards in the original packaging while returning the product.
